Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Property Manager, Multifamily (Floating) to oversee and optimize operations across properties in the Twin Cities area. This role requires coordinating on-site teams, managing budgets, and driving tenant satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of multifamily PM experience, strong Yardi and CRM skills, and a proven ability to lead and coach staff while ensuring lease performance and financial targets are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Multifamily Property Management experience required.
• Yardi experience required; CRM, Knock, Ops Tech systems preferred.
• Experience creating annual property budgets, P&L navigation, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Property Manager with overall operations of the building.
• Maintain smooth community operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, leasing, renewals, and service contracts.
