Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Maintenance Technician - Multifamily for on-site duties. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative services to keep residents safe, clean, and comfortable.

Work closely with the Property Manager, diagnose issues, complete service requests, and ensure make-ready units are market-ready on time. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair is required; you must be able to troubleshoot independently and collaborate with the

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Availability for on-call rotation and flexible scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, patching, cleaning, and fixtures repair.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, replace filters, and ensure market-ready units.
