Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to preserve a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents and staff. You will mentor maintenance staff, manage service requests, and enforce safety protocols across the property.

With a focus on preventative maintenance, you will support the property manager, manage budgets, and ensure timely inspections while coordinating with vendors to uphold company standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient in property management software (OneSite / Yardi) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools; ensure tools are in good condition.
• Schedule on-call and emergency maintenance rotations with the property manager.
• Perform preventative maintenance for equipment and common areas.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure work meets company standards.
• Promote exceptional customer service and respond to resident concerns promptly.
