Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an on-site multifamily community. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, ensure safety, and maintain property standards to enhance resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, leadership ability, and proficiency with OneSite or Yardi plus Microsoft Office. Weekend availability and on-call rotations are expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in multifamily property maintenance.
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
Proficient with OneSite or Yardi and Microsoft Office.
Available for 40 hours/week, weekends & rotating on-call.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools.
Monitor hazards and ensure safety across the property.
Train and mentor maintenance staff; oversee service requests.
Schedule 24/7 on-call rotations with the property manager.
Submit weekly/monthly reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
