Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Multifamily for an on-site role. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas, diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry while coordinating with the Property Manager to prepare units for new residents.

Applicants should have HVAC certification and prior apartment or facilities maintenance experience, with the ability to troubleshoot and work

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required and prior apartment/facilities maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
• Make-ready and turnover of units.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds and common areas.
