Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an on-site multifamily community. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment, proactive issue resolution, and staff mentorship to ensure high-quality service.

You will manage safety, inspections, and routine maintenance while coordinating with the property manager and vendors. Strong knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing, and Property Code is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations.
• Strong understanding of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
