Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician for our multifamily communities. This on-site role reports to the Property Manager/Lead Maintenance Technician and requires availability for on-call and occasional weekend needs.

The technician will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks to keep units and common areas safe, clean, and market-ready. You will diagnose issues, complete service requests, and collaborate with the property team to

Qualifications

Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field preferred.
HVAC Certification Needed
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Availability for on-call rotation and flexible scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas.
Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.
Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, patching, cleaning, and inspecting HVAC systems.
