Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. You will uphold safe, clean living environments, oversee maintenance staff, and coordinate with the property manager to maintain property values and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety training, and on-call scheduling. Proficiency in OneSite/Yardi and certifications (CPO, HVAC) are required, with weekend availability and a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• CPO and HVAC certifications required.
• Weekends availability and 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure timely, safe and clean communities.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff; conduct safety meetings and enforce standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule preventive maintenance per budget and schedules.
• Promote exceptional resident service and respond to service requests promptly.
• Maintain records for inspections, leases, permits, and reports.
