Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician – Multifamily to perform routine and emergency repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance for residents and facilities. You will diagnose issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry and coordinate with the Property Manager.

The role requires on-call availability, a strong safety mindset, and teamwork to keep units safe, clean, and market-ready.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for on-call rotation and flexible scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential units and common areas with routine and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Prepare vacants for new residents and ensure market-ready standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on property systems.
• Follow safety policies and document completed work orders.
