Job summary

Newrez in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Document Administration Collateral Specialist II to receive, catalog, and ship collateral and servicing documents to third-party custodians and vendors. You will communicate with vendors and partners to expedite requests and maintain accurate inventory across systems.

The role requires working knowledge of servicing processes and the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision, while supporting junior teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Document Administration or Mortgage Servicing or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Process and ensure documentation is completed within SLAs.
• Request collateral files from custodians to support Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure.
• Identify and cure collateral delivery exceptions.
• Update inventory and reporting in systems daily.
• Provide timely responses to vendor and partner inquiries.
