The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain inventory and reporting. Prior experience in document administration and mortgage servicing is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mortgage Servicing or Document Administration is required.
• Confidential material handling with professional ethics.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation is accurately completed within SLAs.
• Request collateral files from custodians to meet SLA targets.
• Identify and cure collateral delivery exceptions.
• Address inquiries from vendors and Portfolio Managers promptly.
• Update inventory and reporting in servicing systems.
