Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Document Administration Collateral Specialist II in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on receiving, cataloging, and shipping collateral and servicing documentation to third-party firms with close vendor coordination.

The position requires an intermediate knowledge of mortgage servicing systems, investor requirements, and ability to work with limited supervision. On-site role with strong emphasis on SLAs and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Document Administration or Mortgage Servicing or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, investor requirements, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure requested documentation is completed within SLAs.
• Request collateral files from custodians to obtain necessary documents for Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure processes.
• Update MERS database and inventory systems for real‑time tracking of collateral files.
• Prepare required reporting for management, investors, and vendors.
