Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel & Trailer Technician in Huntington Beach, CA. You will perform DOT inspections, PMs, and repairs on light to heavy-duty trucks and trailers in a mobile/field setting.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, parts coordination, and documenting work using company TRAIT app; safety and regulatory compliance are mandatory. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE T8 certification within 18 months is preferred.
• DOT regulations compliance and FMCSA requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMs, DOT inspections, and follow-up repairs on mobile/field vehicles.
• Inspect and repair electrical, brake, cooling, engine, and transmission systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform light mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs.
• Document work performed with RO, upload photos using TRAIT on iOS device.
