Tom Trese Networking LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for Manufacturing to lead hourly recruitment and partner with hiring managers. The role emphasizes quick impact, strong collaboration, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will work on site daily, sourcing and engaging candidates for skilled trades, engineering, and salary roles, while supporting onboarding and program development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies.
• HRIS experience; Microsoft Office skills preferred but not required.
