Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing in Dayton, OH. This hands-on role focuses on hourly recruitment within a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager in a team of HR professionals.

You will lead hourly recruitment, support internships and apprenticeships, and ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies; HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are utilized.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fairs.
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize the current HRIS and improve functionality.
• Other duties as directed by management.
