Acloché LLC is hiring an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing in Dayton, OH. You will own high-volume hourly recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and ensure efficient onboarding.

The role focuses on hourly roles, skilled trades, and technical positions, with an emphasis on collaboration, process standardization, and on-site presence to support our growing production teams. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing recruitment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary roles; technical recruiting a plus.
• HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and manage pipelines.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and employer branding.
• Utilize current recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes.
• Update management on status of open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Represent recruiting at college and job fairs.
• Improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize the HRIS for reporting and analytics.
