Job summary

Sora Resource Group is hiring an On-Site Recruiter for a manufacturing setting in Dayton, OH. This role focuses on high-volume hourly recruitment and building strong partnerships with hiring managers to meet critical staffing needs.

You will drive internship and apprenticeship initiatives, leverage recruitment tools, and ensure compliant, standardized interviewing and onboarding across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary roles; engineering/skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are being utilized.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize the current HRIS and work to improve functionality.
• Other duties as directed by management.
