The role emphasizes collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, hands-on recruiting on site, internship program support, and active involvement in community outreach to promote the employer brand and ensure timely fills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred; experience may substitute for a degree.
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting hourly roles and salary-level positions.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies.
• Experience using HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and branding as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools and processes.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are followed.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interview compliance.
• Build external relationships to support recruitment activities.
• Participate in college and community job fairs.
• Improve talent acquisition programs and HRIS usage.
