Job summary

Responsibilities include leading hourly recruitment efforts, supporting internships and apprenticeships, and enhancing community involvement. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and requires on-site presence with a focus on building strong

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies.
• HRIS experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are being utilized.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize the current HRIS and work to improve functionality.
• Other duties as directed by management.
