Job summary

Steelhead Technologies in Brighton, MI is seeking a Deployment Specialist to bridge our software with customer success. You will lead deployment, deliver hands-on training, and ensure smooth adoption of the Steelhead platform.

You will travel to client sites across the United States up to 30-50%, collaborate with internal teams, and drive continuous improvement in deployment processes while building strong customer relationships and measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, customer success, and outcomes with configuration and training.
• Assist and train customers during deployment of the Steelhead software.
• Travel to customer locations across the United States to provide hands-on support.
• Pursue continuous improvement in deployment processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Respond promptly to calls, texts and emails, delivering critical knowledge and technical help.
• Build trusted relationships with customer contacts to create advocates for Steelhead.
