Job summary

Steelhead Technologies is seeking a Deployment Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Brighton, MI. You will bridge Steelhead’s technology and customer success by guiding deployments, delivering hands-on training, and ensuring smooth adoption of the Steelhead platform across diverse manufacturing customers.

You will support deployment, collaborate with internal teams, and travel within the United States to drive value and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration and training tasks within the Customer Success Organization.
• Assist and train customers in deploying the Steelhead software.
• Travel to customer sites across the United States to support deployment efforts.
• Continuously pursue improvements in deployment processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with timely, accurate support.
• Build relationships with customer contacts to create advocates and trust across accounts.
