Job summary

Steelhead Technologies Inc. is seeking an Implementation/Deployment Leader to guide manufacturing customers through the full deployment lifecycle, from initial configuration to go-live. You will tailor Steelhead to each customer’s operations and train their teams from ownership to the plant floor.

This client-facing role requires ownership mindset and a passion for helping manufacturers realize the value of modern software, with travel up to 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional, full-time ERP/MES experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional, full-time experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering) with GPA of 3.5 or above, or 2+ years of professional, full-time experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full deployment lifecycle from initial configuration to go-live.
• Train customers on using Steelhead from ownership to the plant floor.
• Meet and exceed the target ARR per month set by deployment management.
• Balance time to value with deployment quality to demonstrate value early.
• Collaborate with engineering for product feedback and feature development.
• Provide prompt support via calls, texts, emails, and tickets; build customer trust.
