Job summary

Steelhead Technologies is seeking an Implementation/Deployment Leader to guide manufacturers through the full deployment lifecycle from configuration to go-live. You will tailor Steelhead to customer needs and train teams from ownership to the plant floor, thriving in a client-facing role.

Ideal candidates have ERP/MES and SaaS experience, travel 25%–50%, and a drive to maximize value for manufacturers through modern software implementations.

Qualifications

• ERP/MES experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering) with GPA 3.5+ or 2+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business goals from production and administrative perspectives and implement Steelhead to meet their needs.
• Train customers on Steelhead usage from ownership to the plant floor.
• Meet and exceed the target ARR per month as set by deployment management.
• Balance time-to-value and quality in deployments to show value quickly while ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Pursue continuous improvement opportunities in deployment processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
