Job summary

Steelhead Technologies Inc is seeking an Implementation/Deployment Leader to guide manufacturers through the full deployment lifecycle of our cloud ERP platform, from initial configuration to go-live. You will tailor Steelhead to each customer and train their teams from ownership to the plant floor.

You will work directly with customers to understand goals, configure the system, train users, and balance time-to-value with deployment quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional, full-time experience at a metal finisher or other manufacturer and ERP/MES experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with GPA 3.5+ or 2+ years of professional manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business and deployment goals; configure Steelhead to meet needs.
• Train customers from ownership to the plant floor.
• Meet and exceed target ARR per month as set by deployment management.
• Balance time-to-value with deployment quality to demonstrate value quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering for feedback and feature requests.
• Provide timely support via calls, texts, emails, and tickets.
