Job summary

Steelhead Technologies is seeking an Implementation/Deployment Leader to guide manufacturers through the full deployment lifecycle from initial configuration to go-live. You will tailor Steelhead to each customer’s operational needs and train teams from ownership to the plant floor, ensuring value realization.

You will engage with customers to understand goals, configure the platform, and deliver ongoing support while collaborating with engineering for feedback and product improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional, full-time experience at a metal finisher or other manufacturer with ERP/MES exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• GPA 3.5+ or 2+ years of professional, full-time working experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment lifecycle from configuration to go-live for Steelhead customers.
• Train customers from ownership to the plant floor on Steelhead usage.
• Aim to meet or exceed target ARR per month set by deployment management.
• Balance time-to-value with deployment quality for rapid customer value realization.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide prompt support via phone, text, email, and tickets; share critical product knowledge.
• Build customer relationships to create advocates across multiple levels.
