Job summary

Steelhead Technologies is seeking an Implementation/Deployment Leader in Michigan to guide manufacturers through the full deployment lifecycle, from initial configuration to go-live. You will tailor Steelhead to each customer's operations and train teams from ownership to the plant floor.

This client-facing role emphasizes ownership and achieving value, with opportunities to collaborate with Engineering and to travel to customer sites up to 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a metal finisher or manufacturer with ERP/MES experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Technical degree with GPA 3.5+ or 2+ years professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business and goals; implement and configure Steelhead to meet needs.
• Train customers on Steelhead from ownership to the plant floor.
• Meet and exceed target ARR per month set by deployment management.
• Coordinate deployment quality and velocity while ensuring value delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering for product feedback and feature requests.
