Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support our property maintenance team. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring units and common areas meet property standards.

You will perform repairs and replacements, paint, install appliances, check plumbing and electrical systems, attend daily on-site work, assist with turn events, maintain logs and inventories, and help keep the grounds clean while adhering to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining property maintenance processes per goals and standards.
• Prepare make-ready units to property standards before new residents move in.
• Repair or replace fixtures, paint, install appliances, and check plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe exterior and common areas; assist with pool maintenance and logs.
• Participate in unit inspections and inventory monitoring.
• Maintain records of service requests and preventive maintenance.
