Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready specialist to support maintenance operations at its property portfolio. You will assist in carry out maintenance, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic tasks, ensuring units meet standards before new residents move in.

Under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will assist with special projects, schedule and execute turn events, and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of exterior areas, common spaces, and model units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all maintenance activities.
• Report observed violations to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
