Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, preventive and cosmetic repairs, and make-ready work across communities. You will operate under supervision to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.

The role emphasizes on-site responsibilities, customer relations with residents, and adherence to OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines within a fast-growing portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance as assigned.
• Respond to resident/management work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready process and unit inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance shop and common areas.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, safety logs, and inventory.
