Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties. You will assist with corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks under supervision. Regular onsite attendance and strong safety practices are required.

The role emphasizes timely response to requests, upkeep of community areas, and collaboration with management to ensure quality housing experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance for residents and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain and inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep accurate chemical logs.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Support safety procedures and maintain organized maintenance shop.
