Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform assigned maintenance work across a high-rise property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functional spaces. The role includes the make-ready process for vacant units, inventory management, and adherence to safety standards.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work an on-call schedule on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Certifications required by state/local jurisdictions for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance per policy and code.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Access and tracking of materials and tools from maintenance inventory.
