Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Arlington, TX to support maintenance across the community. This role involves corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks under supervision, and assisting with make-ready work to meet property objectives.

You will respond to resident requests, help maintain a safe, clean environment, and participate in on-call emergencies as needed. The position offers hourly compensation and benefits as part of a total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site software function understanding and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks.
• Perform make-ready work as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Attend daily to community common areas, buildings, and units and respond to service requests promptly.
