Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep units and community spaces running smoothly. You’ll prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform light plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repairs.

Groundkeeping, preventative maintenance, and seasonal tasks are also part of the role. You’ll join a hands-on team that values safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction, with on-call duties and opportunities for growth in

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related trades.
EPA certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
Strong communication and professional demeanor with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
Perform general maintenance: light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, appliance repair.
Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
Snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks as needed.
Stay on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
Work safely and efficiently, taking pride in results.
