Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep the community in top condition. You will fix, maintain, and improve apartments and common areas, ensuring readiness for new moves and resident satisfaction.

Role involves electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC support, and minor repairs, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on safety and efficiency. Weekend and on-call availability are required where needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections
• Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks
• Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride - because your work matters
