Job summary

Qualifications

- Basic computer skills required.
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
- Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain preventative maintenance program and ensure safety standards.
- Assist in on-call emergencies at the community.
- Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked and adhere to safety guidelines.
