Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance across a community. You will support corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance under supervision, helping keep units and common areas in excellent condition.

The role requires basic computer skills, knowledge of safety protocols, and adherence to Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance for community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance to extend asset life and safety.
