Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to service a Sanford, FL community. You will perform essential duties to maintain indoor/outdoor areas, address work orders within 24–48 hours, and support make-ready tasks for new leases.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, and familiarity with property management software (Entrata/Yardi, OneSite). Valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata/Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Process work orders and complete tasks within 24–48 hours.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and grounds.
• Assist make-ready inspections and prep for new move-ins.
• Keep accurate maintenance documentation and logs.
• Ensure safety and quality in all maintenance activities.
