• Experience with maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Handles make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Completes documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Maintains grounds and amenities, performs cleaning and minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
