Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Atlanta to maintain building exteriors, grounds, and common areas. The role covers routine and preventive maintenance to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The position requires completing work orders, making-ready processes for leasing, inventory tracking, and operating within a schedule of Monday–Friday with rotating on-call shifts. Knowledge of safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders for service and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments and move-ins.
• Follows procedures to access materials and track inventory.
• Completes documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
