Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet Greystar standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing issues from resident requests, preparing vacant units, managing supplies, and coordinating with contractors while following safety policies. On-site schedule includes evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Performs maintenance tasks and repairs to meet safety standards.
• Handles preventive maintenance and responds to resident service requests.
• Maintains accurate records of work orders, materials, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Prepare vacant units and complete punch lists for leasing.
• Track inventory and coordinate with vendors for parts and services.
• Document all work and ensure safety compliance and code adherence.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with painting and cleaning as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
