Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to support the physical upkeep of our communities in Atlanta, GA. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with making-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. You’ll work on-site with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems per safety standards.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and perform pre-move inspections.
• Track inventory and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Document service requests accurately and on time.
