Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for a high-rise property in Atlanta, GA. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform make-readies for leasing, and support safety and cleanliness standards across common areas.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting contractor work, tracking inventory, and documenting tasks for proper tracking. The role requires OSHA safety awareness, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a flexible on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA certifications Type 1 & II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Conduct make-ready inspections and coordinate with vendors for required tasks.
• Access and manage materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document all service work in a timely and accurate manner for tracking.
