Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready team member to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring units meet standards before move-in.

Daily tasks include community maintenance, responding to work orders, pool upkeep, safety compliance, and record-keeping. Requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills; on-site full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
