Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks.

• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and safety concerns.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
