Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will carry out routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring timely responses to resident needs and work orders.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in record keeping, and collaboration with teams to uphold property standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across the community and respond to work orders promptly.
• Assist with make-ready processes for units and common areas.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, chemical logs for swimming pool, and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor with on-call emergencies and safety trainings.
