Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance operations at our community. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include make-ready processes, daily site upkeep, pool maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Make-ready process in line with property objectives under supervision.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
