Job summary

Asset Living in DeLand, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic work under supervision. You will participate in make-ready tasks and respond to resident requests to uphold safety and quality.

This role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards. You must be reliable, able to climb ladders, and available for on-call emergencies as part of the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance in community buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain swimming pool and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and identify safety hazards.
• Assist with make-ready and inventory.
• On-call emergencies at the property.
• Document service requests and maintain records.
