Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across community properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Regular on-site attendance and timely response to service requests are essential. You will assist with make-ready tasks, inventory monitoring, and safety programs while upholding OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and other features to identify hazards and safety risks.
• Assist in pool maintenance and chemical log keeping.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop with safety standards.
