Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the full range of property maintenance, including routine, corrective, preventive, and cosmetic work. You will help with make-ready tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and ensure safety standards are followed on site.

Regular on-site attendance, ability to climb ladders, lift heavy items, and respond to service requests quickly are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must understand safety practices and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance and assist with make-ready processes.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines on site.
• Keep organized records of service requests, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
