Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our multifamily communities. You will assist in preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, handle make-ready tasks, respond to work orders, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across the property.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic on-site software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks for community common areas, buildings, and units as assigned.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance in alignment with property objectives.
• Assist with make-ready processes and scheduling of maintenance/turn events.
• Maintain pool chemical logs and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked; adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
